INTRAMURAL 2018

1. The Intramural Sports Program provides competitive and recreational sport leagues, tournaments and special events for all students, regardless of skill level. These activities foster leadership, sportsmanship and education. Intramural sports provide exercise,recreation,competition to the students.Intramural Are the Perfect Opportunity to Highlight Camaraderie, Sportsmanship, and Talent. School is a place where students are nurtured toward becoming responsible and productive members of society. School provides a means of molding students into capable employees or professionals in their chosen fields.As a student i also choose and joined the Native Dance competition because this is what i like to join and to show the dance of the Ifugao. We divided into 6 teams to select athletes for the up-coming district meet. 
   The reason why Intramural should be held at school:  
   1. allow students to develop psychomotor skills and fine-tune motor skills with coordination, movement, strength, dexterity, grace, and speed, and also find healthy outlets for energy.
   2. promote camaraderie and rapport among students, instructors, parents, and administration. In other words, sports build strong bonds within the community.
   3. instill discipline among students.
   4. provide a healthy pastime to help students refrain from various vices such as drugs, smoking, drinking, and spending excessive time on electronic devices.
   5. teach the value of teamwork. In real work environments, team skills are some of the most valuable attributes an employee can have. The ability to work well with others can lead to job security and promotions.
   6. teach the value of sportsmanship. The ability to accept defeat gracefully is a sign of maturity and a requisite skill for success. The ability to bounce back strong from a fall will able students to experience personal triumph and immense joy. Losses teach students to rebound stronger next time, practice craft, and learn from mistakes, while wins teach students to never rest on their laurels but to keep practicing, and always maintain a fighting form. Playing sports teach students to refrain from boastful arrogance and instead to learn to be realistic and humble.
   7. showcase talents so that others will be inspired.
   8. encourage healthy competition among participants.
   9. teach students to shine under pressure and to cope with nerves or performance anxiety.

The National Nutrition Council or NNC was a national agency or council which was tasked to help promote greater awareness of the importance of nutrition among Filipinos in the Philippines. Actually, the Nutrition Month theme this 2018 is “Ugaliing magtanim, Sapat na nutrisyon aanihin!”. This might be the best slogan for nutrition month this 2018. This is also the DepEd nutrition month theme 2018.



The said slogan or the said 2018 nutrition month theme Philippines aims to improve the Filipino’s healthy food consumption as well as their food security or for the citizens to be self-sufficient as possible especially with backyard gardening. I also want to add the fact that this slogan advocates protecting our Philippine ancestral lands and its peoples or indigenous people.

EXPELLED

Felix is a legendary prankster who always charms his way out of trouble. However, after his third strike at school, the principal has had enough and expels him. Never defeated, Felix resorts to his infamous ways and devises a plan with his brother, best friend, new friend and classmate to hide it from his parents. 

My reaction: 
When i watch this movie,i learned a lot about the computer system and how to hacked it. I also learned how difficult it is to hack a computer system specially for new beginner but many people can do.

Catching the dragon's tail

This game needs 10 or more players for it to work properly. All the players stand in a line, their hands on the shoulder of the person in front. The first Brownie is the dragon's head, the last Brownie is the dragon's tail.
The head tries to catch the tail by maneuvering the line around so she can tag the tail. The line must follow the head and must not break. All the other players must try to stop the head from tagging the tail.
When the head catches the tail or after an agreed time, the second player in line becomes the head and the head moves to the tail.
This game fits in well with Chinese New Year celebrations when there are street festivals with dancing dragons.

My reaction:
All grade 10 student are happy watching their classmate doing this game.
shouting and cheering student are everywhere,
you will see in their face the joy and excitement to know who is the winner.
I'm the one who enjoy it even though i'm not part or my enjoyment.
This is a great game for youthful cellphone holders because the constant use of cellphones is harmful to our health.   

Bakit ngayon pa?

Sometimes there are things that are too late when it comes. The type you have learned to go back to the thing that you were always waiting for then suddenly comes when you learn to rejoice without him.

the heart is coming from your departure.

Yes, I'm fine,

it's a long time sad to endure the pain and the most soberingly trying to conceal. how the pain that draws on every root that flows into the heart of tiredness, trembling legs, colds of ice, waiting for your return since promised you're going to get me back.

Why do you see me with others ...... and tell you the pleasure, I've seen how your smile is just the reason. But wrong,
